Our full body wetsuit made of neoprene fabric, covers the entire body, including arms and legs up to wrists and ankles, it is the most common type of wetsuit. According to different designs, use different thicknesses, made for differen water temperatures. For a long time, we have been providing high quality OEM and ODM services to many famous brands. Because of the use of environmental differences, we provide different types of neoprene rubber materials, such as soft and good tensile materials used in water surface and shallow waters of the item. A little hard, good anti-compression material used in the deeper sea item. They have different physical characteristics for different occasions, customers can choose the corresponding rubber item according to their actual use.
We have own material production line, can provide high-grade material, such as CR neoprene laminated super stretch fabric, and also provide basic material, such as SBR neoprene laminated nylon fabric. Material: CR neoprene (Japan / Taiwan) double laminated super stretch fabric.
Thickness: 2 / 3 / 4mm (Provide other thickness).
Process: "GBS", non-penetration stitching method after bonded with glue. "Weld", all bonded with glue and stitch-free. The thread residue can be reinforced with "Glue" / "Spot Tape", the seam line can be reinforced with "Tape" / "Liquid" / "Neotape".
Chest Panel: Outside coated skin / fine skin, Quick dry warm fabric lining.
Chest Zip: Auto-Lock, smooth skin lining, drain holes, attached zip flap, YKK® VISLON® 10VF zip, KA press slider (brass) / TA6 plastic slider, made in Japan.

Neoprene Full Body Wetsuit - 1803 / 1804
Material: SBR / SCR / CR neoprene (Japan / Taiwan) double laminated super stretch fabric / nylon fabric.
Thickness: 2 / 3mm (Provide other thickness).
Process: "Flatlock Stitch", seam construction lies flat and smooth against skin, durable, the color line sewing, more perfect show the curve of the body. The thread residue is reinforced with "Bartack".

YKK® VISLON® / PK® 3H Wetsuit #10 Zip
Features / Type: Zip consist of plastic teeth and polyester tape. Auto-Lock, abrasion resistant, durable to salt water, that is suitable for seawater. The types include Closed and Open.
Slider: YKK® KA press slider (brass) / YKK® TA6 plastic slider / PK® KA stainless steel slider.

Seam Construction
Flatlock: After the two pieces neoprene fabric are overlapped, the four stitches are crossed and the six lines are crossed through the neoprene fabric.
GBS: After the two pieces neoprene fabric are bonded with "Glue", the seam is then sewed with "Blind Stitch" process.
Weld: After the two pieces neoprene fabric are bonded with "Glue", the two sides of the seam is then reinforced with "Tape" / "Liquid" / "Neotape".
Seam Reinforcement
Tape Seam: Using fabric as a substrate, bonded by hot melt adhesive film, thin, the cost is relatively cheap.
Liquid Seam: Using liquid rubber as a substrate, forming a protective tape after curing, has smooth surface, and waterproof performance is the best.
Neotape Seam: Using CR neoprene as a substrate, bonded by glue, has better elasticity, firmness and waterproof performance, but the cost is relatively higher.
Thread Residue Reinforcement
Bartack: Usually used for thread residue reinforcement of "Flatlock Stitch".
Glue End: Usually used for thread residue reinforcement of "Blind Stitch" and the cost is cheap.
Tape End: Usually used for thread residue reinforcement of "Blind Stitch", comfortable and durable, but the cost is higher.
Neoprene Material Explain:
Normative Interpretation: "Neoprene" = "CR" ≠ "SCR" ≠ "SBR"
"Neoprene" just refers to the "CR" (Chloroprene Rubber), but now the industry "Neoprene" include "CR" (Chloroprene Rubber), "SCR" (Chloroprene & Styrene Butadiene Rubber), "SBR" (Styrene Butadiene Rubber).
