Our freediving wetsuit made of "Medium Density" neoprene fabric, made up of two pieces, "Jacket" + "High Waist Pants", usually integrated hood, no zipper, smooth and hydrophobic surface, super tight and hydrodynamic design, better anti-compression, warm-keeping and flexible than scuba wetsuit, suitable for deep diving. The best choice material for the freediving wetsuit is Japan / Taiwan neoprene sponge, it has excellent anti-compression, elasticity and elongation. Outside coated skin / smooth skin, lining open cell / laminated fabric, and there is also a special skin & skin neoprene sponge available, outside and lining are all smooth skin, or outside coated skin, and lining smooth skin. Outside coated skin / smooth skin can reduce resistance in water. The open cell lining more suitable for your skin, good warm-keeping, but easy to damage and difficult to put on, the fabric lining, warm-keeping is slightly lower than of open cell lining, but durable and easy to put on.
Freediving wetsuit can protect divers from the cold. Traditionally, the thickness of the freediving wetsuit must be greater than 5 mm when using the open cell lining / smooth skin lining due to manufacturing process requirements. Now many divers will choose a thinner freediving wetsuit (fabric lining), which diving will be easy and more flexible, but for deep dive divers, warm-keeping is the most important, it is recommended to use a thicker open cell lining / smooth skin lining products.

Neoprene Classic Freediving Suit - 1901 / 1902
Material: CR neoprene (Japan / Taiwan), outside smooth skin, lining open cell / laminated super stretch fabric, or skin & skin (outside and lining are all smooth skin).
Thickness: 7mm (Provide other thickness).
Process: "GBS", non-penetration stitching method after bonded with glue. The thread residue can be reinforced with "Spot Tape", the seam line can be reinforced with "Tape" / "Liquid" / "Neotape".
Cnnection: Rugged double-lined beaver tail with quick-connect grommets.
Knees: Strengthen printing, lightweight & flexible, protect knees.
Neoprene Hooded Freediving Wetsuit - 1903 / 1904
Material: CR neoprene (Japan / Taiwan), outside coated skin / smooth skin, lining open cell / laminated super stretch fabric, or skin & skin (outside and lining are all smooth skin).

Seam Construction
Flatlock: After the two pieces neoprene fabric are overlapped, the four stitches are crossed and the six lines are crossed through the neoprene fabric.
GBS: After the two pieces neoprene fabric are bonded with "Glue", the seam is then sewed with "Blind Stitch" process.
Weld: After the two pieces neoprene fabric are bonded with "Glue", the two sides of the seam is then reinforced with "Tape" / "Liquid" / "Neotape".
Seam Reinforcement
Tape Seam: Using fabric as a substrate, bonded by hot melt adhesive film, thin, the cost is relatively cheap.
Liquid Seam: Using liquid rubber as a substrate, forming a protective tape after curing, has smooth surface, and waterproof performance is the best.
Neotape Seam: Using CR neoprene as a substrate, bonded by glue, has better elasticity, firmness and waterproof performance, but the cost is relatively higher.
Thread Residue Reinforcement
Bartack: Usually used for thread residue reinforcement of "Flatlock Stitch".
Glue End: Usually used for thread residue reinforcement of "Blind Stitch" and the cost is cheap.
Tape End: Usually used for thread residue reinforcement of "Blind Stitch", comfortable and durable, but the cost is higher.
